A real bean-to-bar chocolate maker. Frederic Blondeel is involved in every stage of the chocolate making process, from the selection of the beans, to conching, roasting and tasting. Chocolates are handmade in the flagship shop and chocolate factory located in Brussels-Koekelberg.
