Delivery Schedule

Chocolate orders will be delivered within 2-4 working days. Working days from Monday to Friday except Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday.

Order cut-off time is 5:00 p.m.; orders made after 5:00 p.m. will be considered as orders made on the following day.

Self Pick Up

 

Self pick up service is available at Harbour City, Tsim Sha Tsui without minimum spending requirement. Please email us for more information. ​

Delivery charges

​

We offer FREE delivery service for chocolate and hamper orders above $500 to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and New Territories (excluding Chek Lap Kok, Tung Chung and Airport, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay and other areas in outlying islands). Otherwise, a delivery fee of $50 applies to Hong Kong Island and Kowloon, $150 for New Territories. Delivery to remote areas such as Chek Lap Kok and outlying islands is currently unavailable.

Return Policies

 

All products are non-returnable and non-refundable. 

We pack your products with great care and they are stored in temperature controlled environments for the duration of the shipment. If your package is not in perfect condition upon arrival, please let us know immediately. We value our customers and take delivering standards very seriously!
